It is a traditional meal featuring matta rice, thoran, fish fry, chammanthi, pickle, egg omelette, moru curry, chicken fry, and beef roast, all wrapped in a banana leaf.

Chicken on the bone dum cooked with onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, cinnamon stick, cardamom in Jeerakasala rice (short grain rice) garnished with coriander and mint leaves served with raita, pickle, pappadom and boiled egg.
